Keep their voices out
Letters
Editor: The Bulletin is a Jewish newspaper created to reflect
and support the Jewish community. There are plenty of other newspapers
where those critical of Israel can splash their venom; we don't
need to provide them with yet another forum for their hurtful opinions.
The space their irrelevant opinions take up can be better used by
something more supportive of the Jewish community. The anti-Israel
voice is far louder than that which is pro-Israel, mostly because
of the sheer number of Muslims and those people who are ignorant
of the facts whom the Muslims were able to convince that Israel
is the "bad guy."
I say, keep those opinions out of our newspaper. We hear them everywhere.
Let's print something in the Bulletin from which they can
learn. Let them see that we are united and that we have not forgotten
the lesson of the Second World War.
Let our people in Israel know that we stand firmly behind them as
individuals and as part of the worldwide Jewish community.
